Directions
- 1Add a little bit of vinegar to your simmering water.
- 2Make a whirlpool and crack the egg in.
- 3Season with salt and pepper.
- 4Burn the butter. Try not to overflow the pan.
- 5Season the butter with aleppo chili flakes, lemon, and chopped dill.
- 6Fry sourdough bread in olive oil.
- 7Mix yogurt with garlic.
- 8Add yogurt to a bowl.
- 9Add the eggs and spoon over the butter and fried sourdough.
