Heat a pan and add ghee, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chopped garlic, green chilies, and grated ginger. Sauté until fragrant.

Add thickly sliced onions, separating the layers, and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they become translucent.

Stir in the masala mix, heavy cream, and water. Combine everything thoroughly.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with paratha or roti.

2 Thick sliced Onions
2 tbsp Ghee / Oil
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1 tsp Jeera
1 tbsp Chopped Garlic
3 Sliced Green chillies
0.5 tbsp Grated Ginger
1 handful coriander leaves
1 to taste Salt
0.25 cup Malai(heavy cream)
0.25 cup Water
1 tbsp Kitchen King Masala/ Garam Masala
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Haldi powder
0.5 tbsp Crushed Kasoori Methi
1 tbsp Amchur powder (Dry Mango Powder)
