Directions
- 1Add white chocolate and butter to a bowl (Bowl 1).
- 2Add sugar and eggs to a separate bowl (Bowl 2).
- 3Add flour and salt to a third bowl (Bowl 3).
- 4Mix sugar and eggs in Bowl 2.
- 5Melt the contents of Bowl 1 (white chocolate and butter).
- 6Add roughly 1/3 of the flour and salt mixture from Bowl 3 into the melted white chocolate and butter mixture (Bowl 1) and mix.
- 7Add the egg and sugar mixture from Bowl 2 to Bowl 1 and mix.
- 8Add the remaining flour and salt mixture from Bowl 3 to Bowl 1 and mix.
- 9Chop 200g of Kinder Chocolate.
- 10Add the chopped Kinder Chocolate to the mixture in Bowl 1 and mix.
- 11Pour the mixture into a 12 by 9 inch baking tin lined with baking paper.
- 12Spread the mixture evenly in the tin.
- 13Bake at 165°C fan assisted for 25 minutes.
- 14Pour 400g of white hazelnut spread over the baked blondie.
- 15Spread the hazelnut spread evenly over the blondie.
- 16Chop 2 Kinder Buenos.
- 17Arrange the chopped Kinder Buenos on top of the hazelnut spread.
- 18Set in the fridge overnight.
- 19Cut the blondie into individual bars.
