1In a greased 9x13 baking dish, mix together the cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup, sour cream, milk, and seasoning blend until well combined.
2Stir in the shredded rotisserie chicken and 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese.
3Spread 1 1/2 cups of cheddar cheese over the top of the mixture.
4Crush the Ritz crackers and mix them with the melted butter in a separate bowl.
5Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the casserole.
6Bake at 350 degrees until the edges are bubbly and the crackers are slightly toasted.
