Add diced chicken breast, salt, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian herb seasoning to a bowl.
Mix well to combine all ingredients with the chicken.
Cook the seasoned chicken on a pan over medium-high heat for 4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
Once cooked, set the chicken aside.
Add half a juiced lemon to the pan, along with 6 diced garlic cloves, 500ml of fat-free evaporated milk, 40g of grated Parmesan cheese, 80g of light cream cheese, 1 tsp of chicken stock powder, and 1 tsp of smoked paprika.
Mix the ingredients in the pan well until creamy.
Add 100g of low-fat grated cheese to the pan and mix until the sauce is cheesy and smooth.
Return the cooked chicken to the pan and mix well to combine with the creamy sauce.
Add dried parsley and mix again to combine all ingredients.
Take one small/medium tortilla, evenly distribute the chicken filling, add 20g of light mozzarella, and more parsley.
Roll the tortilla tightly.
Repeat the rolling process for the other 14 rolls.
Place the rolls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, spray them with light cooking oil, and sprinkle with Parmesan and oregano.
Oven bake at 180°C/375°F for 6-8 minutes or air fry at 200°C/400°F for 5-8 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
Wrap them up and store them in the fridge or freezer.
