Directions

  1. 1Cut the onion.
  2. 2Brown and season the ground beef.
  3. 3Sauté the onions.
  4. 4Add Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and barbecue sauce.
  5. 5Add filling to puff pastry, then top with cheese.
  6. 6Tuck the corners in and form into a ball.
  7. 7Place on a cookie sheet, brush with egg wash, and top with cheese.
  8. 8Bake at 375F for 25-30 minutes.
