Start by marinating the tilapia fish.

Add yellow chili powder to the fish.

Add ararot powder, which is made from ground water chestnuts, to make the fish crispy.

Add salt to taste.

Add garam masala.

Add cumin powder for fragrance.

Add onion vinegar, which can be found in any store.

Add gram flour (besan). For 50 kg of fish, use about 1.5 kg of gram flour.

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly to marinate the fish.

Let the marinated fish rest for one hour.

After one hour, half-fry the fish.

Once the fish fry is ready, sprinkle Minar's masala on top.

The Minar's masala is a special blend of three ingredients, including amchur (dried mango powder) and yellow chili.
