Paneer Tikka Sandwich

Directions

  1. 1Finely chop the green bell pepper.
  2. 2Finely chop the onion.
  3. 3Dice the paneer into small cubes.
  4. 4Add 1 tablespoon of Kashmiri red chili powder to a bowl.
  5. 5Add 1 tablespoon of coriander powder.
  6. 6Add 1 tablespoon of cumin powder.
  7. 7Add 0.5 tablespoon of black salt.
  8. 8Add 0.5 tablespoon of chaat masala.
  9. 9Add 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste.
  10. 10Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
  11. 11Add 1 tablespoon of mustard oil.
  12. 12Add 4 tablespoons of curd.
  13. 13Add 0.5 teaspoon of salt.
  14. 14Add 0.5 teaspoon of red food coloring.
  15. 15Mix all the ingredients well to form a tikka paste.
  16. 16Give a charcoal smoke to the tikka paste by placing a hot coal in a small bowl, adding oil, and covering for 1 minute.
  17. 17Heat 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a pan.
