Banana Cupcakes

Directions
- 1Mash the bananas in a bowl using a fork.
- 2Add eggs to the mashed bananas and mix.
- 3Add vanilla extract and mix.
- 4Add honey and mix well.
- 5Add coconut oil and mix.
- 6Add oatmeal flour and mix until a batter forms.
- 7Pour the batter into a muffin tin.
- 8Sprinkle chopped almonds on top of each cupcake.
- 9Bake the cupcakes in the oven.
- 10Once baked, remove the cupcakes from the muffin tin and let them cool on a cooling rack.
