Hot Cocoa Cookies
Directions
- 1Cream together the butter and sugars.
- 2Add the eggs and mix until combined.
- 3In a separate bowl, combine the flour, hot chocolate mix, and baking powder.
- 4Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- 5Stir in the chocolate chips and marshmallows.
- 6Drop rounded tablespoons of cookie dough onto a baking sheet.
- 7Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- 8Let the cookies cool on a wire rack before serving.
