Directions

  1. 1Preheat oven and prepare baking sheet.
  2. 2Mix wet ingredients together.
  3. 3Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
  4. 4Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. 5Fold in blueberries.
  6. 6Roll cookie dough balls in lemon sugar.
  7. 7Bake cookies until golden brown.
  8. 8Let cookies cool completely before glazing.
  9. 9Drizzle with blueberry glaze.

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup blueberry glaze
