- 1Crush the graham crackers in a food processor.
- 2Pour the graham cracker crumbs into a bowl.
- 3Add butter and sugars to a bowl and cream together.
- 4Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
- 5Add the eggs and vanilla.
- 6Mix with the hand mixer.
- 7Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
- 8Add the all-purpose flour and graham cracker crumbs.
- 9Mix the cookie dough.
- 10Scoop the dough onto a cookie sheet.
- 11Add butter and cream cheese to a mixing bowl and cream together.
- 12Add peach flavoring.
- 13Add powdered sugar.
- 14Mix with a hand mixer.
- 15Add the orange food coloring.
- 16Mix with a hand mixer.
- 17Pipe the frosting onto the cookies.
- 18Add Cool Whip to a mixing bowl and mix to soften.
- 19Add the Cool Whip to the cookies.
- 20Top with a canned peach slice.
