Sugar Cookie Bars
Directions
- 1Preheat your oven to 375F.
- 2In a large bowl, mix butter, granulated sugar and powder sugar until light and fluffy.
- 3Add eggs and vanilla, and mix again.
- 4Slowly add dry ingredients and mix until incorporated.
- 5Add batter to a lined 8x8 baking sheet and bake for 17-20 minutes.
- 6Allow to cool completely before icing.
- 7Ice with simple buttercream frosting.
- 8Top with Christmas sprinkles.
- 9Cut and enjoy!
