Directions

  1. 1Take a very ripe banana and mash it.
  2. 2Add about a cup of quick oats to the mashed banana.
  3. 3Alternatively, use a half cup of applesauce and a cup of quick oats.
  4. 4Scoop out the mixture onto a baking sheet.
  5. 5Squish the scooped portions.
  6. 6Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes, watching them carefully.

Tips

  • Watch your cookies closely while baking.
  • Banana version is superior.
