Drop a pound of ground beef in a hot oiled pan, break it up, and brown it.

Add a diced onion to the beef.

Drain the extra grease from the pan.

Add a jar of marinara sauce, a little bit of salt, pepper, and garlic to the beef and onion mixture.

Stir everything in and let it simmer for about 20 minutes, or until your kitchen smells delicious.

While the meat mixture simmers, grab a mixing bowl.

Add one cup of sour cream and one block of softened cream cheese to the mixing bowl.

Add some green onions to the sour cream and cream cheese mixture.

Mix all the sour cream mixture together with a mixy doodle.

Grab a greased 9x13 baking dish.

Get a bag of cooked egg noodles.

Spread out half of your noodles in the bottom of the casserole dish.

Tips
