- 8Spray the pans with non-stick spray.
- 9Divide the mixture equally between 5 pans.
- 10Bake at 400°F for 10 to 12 minutes.
- 11Let cool completely.
- 12Add simple syrup to the cakes.
- 13Pipe cream around the edge of each layer.
- 14Add strawberry sauce to each layer.
- 15Repeat cream chantilly.
- 16Continue layering the cakes.
- 17Decorate with strawberries, chocolate, and mint.
