Caramel Peach Dump Cake

Directions
- 1Roast peaches up with brown sugar and butter.
- 2Make a vanilla cake batter.
- 3Pour that cake batter over the caramel peaches.
- 4Top with a little cinnamon sugar.
- 5Bake it up until that sauce is bubbling up over the cake.
- 6Scoop this up while it’s warm and then serve with vanilla ice cream.

- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 0.5 cup maple syrup or honey
- 0.75 cup milk
- 2 cups all-purpose flour or whole wheat pastry flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt
- 0.25 cup cinnamon sugar
- vanilla ice cream
