Chipotle Corn Salsa
Directions
- 1In a bowl, combine 2 cups of thawed frozen corn, 1/4 cup of cilantro, and 1/3 cup of deseeded diced jalapeños.
- 2Add salt, a little bit of sugar, and half a red onion.
- 3Add a tablespoon of fresh lime juice.
- 4Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- 5Let the mixture marinate and set aside.
