Directions

  1. 1Prepare the marinade by combining tequila, limes, orange, fresh pineapple, onion, garlic, cilantro, Arnie text (for heat), oil, blue agave, Wooster sauce, and margarita salt.
  2. 2Place the meat into the marinade and refrigerate for 24 hours.
  3. 3Shake off some of the marinade from the meat.
  4. 4Add a little butter to the remaining marinade.
  5. 5Get the meat onto the hot grill.
  6. 6Simmer the remaining marinade and butter mixture for about 10 minutes to create a basting sauce.
  7. 7Put the lid on the grill for a minute to create heat.
  8. 8Season the meat on the grill.
  9. 9Flip the meat on the grill.
  10. 10Baste the meat with the simmering sauce to add extra flavor.
