Macha Fire Butter

Directions

  1. 1Heat avocado oil to 250-300°F.
  2. 2Add the chiles, garlic, sesame seeds, and salt to a pan or metal bowl.
  3. 3Pour in the hot oil and allow to completely cool.
  4. 4Once the oil has cooled, add all remaining ingredients except the butter to a blender or use a hand blender to gently pulse.
  5. 5The mixture should be coarse.
  6. 6Pour the blended mixture into a bowl and add in the butter.
  7. 7Mix until well combined.
  8. 8Cover and refrigerate to allow the butter to set.
