Directions
- 1Cut open package of ground beef and place it into a pan.
- 2Break up the ground beef using a spatula.
- 3Season the ground beef.
- 4Add tomato sauce and sour cream to the pan and mix to combine.
- 5Cook until the ground beef is browned.
- 6Spoon tomato sauce on a tortilla.
- 7Add the ground beef mixture and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- 8Roll up the tortilla.
- 9Place the enchiladas on a baking tray.
- 10Cover enchiladas with tomato sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- 11Bake enchiladas until cheese is melted.
- 12Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
- 13Cut one of the enchiladas in half to reveal the inside.
