Crockpot Street Corn Dip
Directions
- 1Add two cans of drained corn to the slow cooker.
- 2Add 16 ounces of cream cheese and 8 ounces of pepper jack cheese.
- 3Add a handful of Tajin seasoning and a bunch of chopped cilantro.
- 4Add a quarter cup of sour cream.
- 5Cook on low for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
- 6Top with cotija cheese and more Tajin seasoning.
