Directions

  1. 1Place a flour tortilla on a wooden board.
  2. 2Add a spoonful of ground beef.
  3. 3Add a handful of shredded cheese.
  4. 4Fold the tortilla in half and crimp the edges with a fork.
  5. 5Fry the folded tortilla in hot oil until golden brown.
  6. 6Place the fried tortilla on a cooling rack.
  7. 7Add lettuce to the fried tortilla
  8. 8Add salsa.
  9. 9Add sour cream.

  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup ground beef
  • 1 handful shredded cheese
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 handful lettuce
  • 1 spoonful salsa
  • 1 spoonful sour cream
