Directions
- 1Toast the tortilla on each side in a pan.
- 2Press the tortilla into an oven-safe bowl.
- 3Bake at 350° for 5-8 minutes.
- 4Let cool, then remove from bowl.
- 5Add 5 min Mexican rice.
- 6Add lean beef taco meat.
- 7Add 1-2 tablespoons of queso.
- 8Add your favorite taco toppings.
