Add a pound of ground beef to a hot oiled pan, break it up, brown it, and drain the grease.

Add taco seasoning to the ground beef and cook until done.

Set the taco meat aside.

Get a foil-lined baking sheet and spray it with avocado oil.

Place street taco-sized corn tortillas on the baking sheet.

Ploop the taco meat into the middle of each tortilla.

Put freshly shredded cheese on top of the meat.

Put the baking sheet in the oven at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for a couple of minutes to melt the cheese.

Once the cheese is melted, fold each tortilla in half.

Spray the folded tacos with more avocado oil.

Put the baking sheet back in the oven for 10-12 more minutes until crispy.

While the tacos are in the oven, get a bowl and add 1 cup of sour cream and about a half a cup of jarred salsa.

Whisk the sour cream and salsa until beautifully combined.

Remove the crispy tacos from the oven.

Serve the tacos on a plate with the dip.

Dip a taco in the dip and enjoy.
