Directions

  1. 1Start with ground meat of your choice, make a taco seasoning.
  2. 2Start with pasta of your choice, make it cooked.
  3. 3Mix canned beans and canned Rotel.
  4. 4Add queso and salsa.
  5. 5Stir until well combined.
  6. 6Add other things if you want, like peppers, vegetables or spinach.
  7. 7Spray the baking pan.
  8. 8Dump the pasta in the pan.
  9. 9Dump the taco seasoned meat in the pan.
  10. 10Dump the filling in the pan, stir.
  11. 11Top it with cheese.
  12. 12Bake at 350 until it's melty.
  13. 13Serve with guacamole, sour cream, extra salsa and salad.

  • 1 package ground meat
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1 box pasta
  • 1 can canned beans
  • 1 can canned Rotel
  • 1 container Queso
  • 1 jar salsa
  • 1 package cheese
