Directions

  1. 1Blend coconut milk and sugar.
  2. 2Divide mixture into 3 bowls.
  3. 3Blend 1/3 of the mixture with strawberries.
  4. 4Pour the strawberry mixture into popsicle molds.
  5. 5Freeze for 20 minutes.
  6. 6Blend another 1/3 of the mixture with blueberries and blue food coloring.
  7. 7Add the blueberry mixture on top of the strawberry mixture in the popsicle molds.
  8. 8Freeze for another 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 drop blue food coloring
