- 2Add sugar and egg.

- 4Roll out and cut out the dough with the cat-shaped mold.
- 5Bake the cookies at 170°C, fan-assisted, for 15 minutes.
- 6Create strips of strawberry and whipped cream ice cream on a baking sheet.
- 7Put it back in the freezer for half an hour, then cut out with the same mold.
- 8Put the ice cream between the two cookies.
