Directions

  1. 1Mix together about a third cup of water and your favorite Skittles color and flavor in a saucepan.
  2. 2Keep stirring on medium heat until all the Skittles are melted.
  3. 3Mix together about one and a half cups of heavy cream in a bowl until it thickens.
  4. 4Add in about a quarter can of condensed milk and your Skittles syrup.
  5. 5Pop this into the freezer until completely frozen.

  • 0.33 cup water
  • Skittles
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 0.25 can condensed milk
