Directions
- 1Add flour and salt to a bowl and mix.
- 2Add powdered sugar to the mixing bowl of a stand mixer.
- 3Add room temperature butter to the powdered sugar.
- 4Mix until creamy texture is achieved.
- 5Add 3 eggs one by one while mixing.
- 6Add 1 egg yolk and 1 spoon of vanilla and mix.
- 7Scrape down the sides of the bowl to ensure everything is well combined.
- 8Add all the flour to the mixture.
- 9Add 1 big spoon of corn starch.
- 10Mix the dough until it comes together.
- 11Fill a piping bag with the dough.
- 12Pipe flower shapes onto a baking sheet.
- 13Bake the cookies until golden.
- 14Take some of the dough and mix it with cocoa powder in a separate bowl.
- 15Knead the chocolate dough.
- 16Fill a piping bag with the chocolate dough.
- 17Pipe various shapes onto a baking sheet.
- 18Bake the chocolate cookies.
- 19Arrange the finished butter cookies and chocolate cookies on a serving plate.
