Directions

  1. 1Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2Combine dark soy sauce, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, ketchup, garlic, honey and chili flakes in a bowl; mix well. Set aside.
  3. 3Coat the chicken in corn starch, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. 4Sear chicken in a skillet with oil until crispy (about 4-5 minutes).
  5. 5Add the sauce to the chicken and stir to coat.
  6. 6Serve over rice and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
