Baked peaches with amaretti and chocolate
Directions
- 1Halve the peaches and remove the pits
- 2Scoop out some of the peach flesh using a spoon and finely chop it
- 3Finely chop the dark chocolate
- 4In a bowl, combine the chopped peach, dark chocolate, and amaretti cookies and mix until well combined
- 5Fill the peach halves with the mixture and sprinkle with brown sugar
- 6Place the peaches on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes
- 7Plate the baked peaches, add a scoop of stracciatella ice cream and garnish with fresh mint

- 80 g 80% dark chocolate
