Directions

  1. 1Add a drizzle of honey and the spices to a baking tray.
  2. 2Place the cherry tomatoes on top (whole or halved).
  3. 3Cover with a sheet of puff pastry and seal the edges.
  4. 4Brush with beaten egg.
  5. 5Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes, until golden.
  6. 6Flip carefully and top with pesto and burrata.

  • 1 Round puff pastry sheet
  • to taste Spices (oregano, salt, pepper)
  • Burrata cheese
  • Pesto
  • 1 beaten egg
