Directions

  1. 1Chop the green onions.
  2. 2Add the green onions, riced cauliflower and spinach to a pan and sauté till tender.
  3. 3Sauté till gently wilted then add to large pan.
  4. 4Add Feta and eggs.
  5. 5Add shredded cheese.
  6. 6Mix all ingredients together.
  7. 7Top off with handful of shredded cheese.
  8. 8Bake in oven at 375°F 30-45 mins or till lightly browned

Ingredients

  • 2 bunches green onions
  • 1 tsp butter or oil
  • 1 lb riced cauliflower
  • 1 lb spinach
  • 100 gr Feta
  • 4 eggs
  • handful shredded cheese
