Pig Pickin' Cake
Directions
- 1Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- 2Mix together the cake mix, mandarin oranges, eggs, and oil in a bowl for a couple of minutes until well combined.
- 3Pour the batter into three 8-inch greased cake pans and bake on center rack for about 20 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.
- 4Allow cake layers to completely cool.
- 5Mix together the cool whip, crushed and drained pineapple, and Jell-O instant pudding with a hand mixer until well combined. Let sit for 1-2 minutes to thicken.
- 6Frost cake layers and refrigerate for a few hours before serving.

- 15 ounce can crushed and drained pineapple
- 3.4 ounce Jell-O instant pudding
