Set your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a big bowl, add 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons of baking powder, and a pinch of salt.

Mix the ingredients until the dough starts to take shape.

Sprinkle the dough with some flour and continue to knead it inside the bowl until it's a smooth consistency.

Grease a 9x5 baking dish.

Put your dough in the greased pan and smooth it out.

Take a sharp knife and score the top of the loaf three times.

Stick your loaf on the middle rack of your oven and bake it at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 35 minutes or until it's puffed up and beautiful.

Immediately remove the loaf from the pan and place it on a cooling rack or an elevated surface.

While the loaf is still hot, brush it with some melted butter.
