Directions
- 1Finely chop the onion.
- 2In a frying pan, sauté the onion until golden brown.
- 3Add ground beef to the pan and season with kosher salt and pepper.
- 4Cook until the beef is browned.
- 5Transfer the cooked beef and onion mixture to a bowl.
- 6Add chopped tomatoes and pickles to the bowl and mix well.
- 7Cut the puff pastry into 6 equal squares.
- 8Place the beef mixture and cheese slices on half of the pastry squares.
- 9Fold the other half of the pastry over the filling to create hand pies.
- 10Place the hand pies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 11Brush the hand pies with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- 12Bake until golden brown.
- 13In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, hot sauce, whole grain mustard, minced garlic, capers, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, chives, paprika, kosher salt, and cayenne pepper.
- 14Mix well to create the sauce.

- 1 tbsp Capers
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Parsley
- 1 tbsp Chives
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 1 pinch Cayenne pepper
- 1 sheet Puff pastry
- 1 egg Egg wash
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
