Cut the chicken breast into tenders.

Dry the chicken tenders with flour.

In a bowl, mix flour, corn starch, baking powder, paprika, chilli powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder and thyme.

In another bowl, mix 1/4 cup flour and club soda.

Make the sauce by melting butter in a frying pan and adding sriracha, hot sauce and honey.

Dip each chicken tender in the wet batter, then in the dry mix, then in the wet batter again, and finish with the dry mix.

Fry the chicken tenders in hot oil at 350°F for 5-7 minutes.

Brush the cooked chicken tenders with the honey sriracha sauce.

1 pinch thyme
1 1/4 cup flour
1 1/4 cup club soda
1 tbsp butter
1 lots sriracha
1 splash hot sauce
1 lots honey
1 enough to fill the pot oil
