Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 chopped onion
1.5 cups beef broth
1.5 cups milk
2.5 cups pasta (elbow or spiral pasta)
8 oz can tomato sauce
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp parsley flakes
0.5 tsp salt
0.5 tsp pepper
0.25 tsp cayenne pepper
1 TBSP minced garlic
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Equipment
skillet
Tips
Use an oven-safe skillet to melt the cheese.
Freshly shredded cheese creates a creamier consistency.
Omit cayenne pepper for a spiceless meal.
Any pasta can be used, but spiral pasta is recommended.
Measure pasta carefully to avoid too little sauce
