Directions

  1. 1Prepare the ground beef patties.
  2. 2Chop jalapeno, onion, and chives.
  3. 3Prepare the sauce by mixing mayonnaise, ketchup, olive oil, hot sauce, salt and pepper.
  4. 4Place the bacon slices on a baking sheet and cook in the oven.
  5. 5Cook the ground beef patties in a frying pan.
  6. 6Add cheddar cheese to the patties.
  7. 7Fry the eggs.
  8. 8Assemble the burgers.

  • 4 patties ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1 onion
  • 1 jalapeno
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 2 burger buns
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 slices pickles
