Ribs

Directions

  1. 1Place the ribs inside a cut bottle.
  2. 2Add one cup of beer.
  3. 3Cover with plastic wrap and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
  4. 4Remove the meat from the bottle.
  5. 5Hold the meat over the steam of hot water and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. 6Cut and separate the rib pieces.
  7. 7Coat each piece with wheat flour to bread it.
  8. 8Melt two tablespoons of butter in a pan.
  9. 9Fry all sides of the ribs.
  10. 10Transfer everything to a plate.
  11. 11Slice up an onion.
  12. 12Sauté the onion in the same pan.
  13. 13Chop 100g of champignon mushroom into small pieces.
  14. 14Toss it all together with the other ingredients.
  15. 15Add a teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of black pepper, one teaspoon of paprika and one teaspoon of fine herbs.
  16. 16Put the rib pieces back in.
  17. 17Add one more cup of beer.
  18. 18Cover and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  19. 19Add seven tablespoons of tomato sauce.
  20. 20Add rosemary to taste.
  21. 21Cover again and let it simmer for 10 more minutes.
  22. 22Add chives to taste.

  • 100 g champignon mushroom
  • 3.5 oz champignon mushroom
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon fine herbs
  • 1 cup beer
  • 7 oz beer
  • 7 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • to taste rosemary
  • to taste chive
