  1. 1Mescolare acqua (a temperatura ambiente) e farina, sciogliendo tutti i grumi.
  2. 2Cuocere le crêpes in una padella leggermente unta da entrambi i lati.
  3. 3Farcire le crêpes con il budino proteico al cioccolato.
