Air Fryer Monterey Chicken

Directions

  1. 1Cook bacon in the air fryer at 370 degrees for 9 minutes, flip, and cook for another 2 minutes. Crumble and set aside.
  2. 2Butterfly chicken breasts to 1/4-inch thickness.
  3. 3Season chicken with oil, pepper, and seasoning salt.
  4. 4Cook chicken in the air fryer at 370 degrees for 6 minutes, flip, and cook for another 6 minutes.
  5. 5Add barbecue sauce, cheese, and bacon to the chicken.
  6. 6Bake in the air fryer for 2 more minutes at 360 degrees.
  7. 7Sprinkle with parsley and chopped tomatoes and serve
