Boil palak and make a paste of it.

Add jeera and chopped ginger to hot oil and sauté till fragrant.

Add the palak paste, coriander powder, roasted besan and mix well. Cook till thickened.

For the gravy, add cinnamon stick, bay leaf, black peppercorns, green cardamom and black cardamom to hot oil.

Add chopped garlic, green chili, coriander powder, haldi powder, salt to taste, kasuri methi, water and cook for half hour on slow flame.

Blend into a smooth paste.

Add butter and fresh cream and mix well.

Add block pepper powder in paneer and mix well and shape them into balls.

Flatten the palak mixture and stuff with paneer and make balls.

Lightly coat in corn flour and fry till GBC.

Serve with makani gravy.

1 cup Water
1 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Fresh cream
1 tsp Block pepper powder
