Cut the veggies and marinate the meat with sweet and savory marinade.

Pen fry the veggies with a little bit of vegetable oil and salt.

Stir fry the meat until it's fully cooked.

Cook rice to your liking.

Put the cooked rice in a bowl.

Assemble everything nicely.

Add a spoonful of Gochujang and sesame oil.

Add some fresh herb like rucola to add freshness if you want.

Mix and enjoy.
Ingredients
0.5 null medium-sized onion
1 cup Julienned carrot
3 null button mushrooms
2 cups Spinach
1 null egg
Salt
vegetable oil
75 g Minced beef
2 teaspoons Soy sauce
1 teaspoon Sesame oil
0.5 teaspoon Sugar
0.5 teaspoon Minced garlic
0.5 teaspoon Toasted sesame seeds
black pepper
1 bowl cooked rice
Gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
Sesame oil
fresh herbs/veggies like rucola

Tips
Do not overcook the veggies to keep their freshness.
Substitute meat with 3 pieces of dried shiitake mushrooms. Soak until rehydrated, slice thin and marinate. Stir-fry just like the meat.
