Directions

  1. 1In a bowl, season chopped roast with taco seasoning.
  2. 2Cook the seasoned roast on a griddle on high heat with a little bit of oil.
  3. 3Add tortillas to the griddle.
  4. 4Place Oaxaca cheese on top of each tortilla.
  5. 5Add the cooked roast on top of the cheese.
  6. 6Add cilantro and onion on top of the roast.
  7. 7Fold the tortillas in half.
  8. 8Add salsa verde on top of the folded tortillas.

  • 1 bowl chopped roast
  • 1 package taco seasoning packets
  • 1 oil
  • 4 tortillas
  • 4 Oaxaca cheese
  • 1 handful cilantro
  • 1 handful onion
  • 1 handful salsa verde
