Directions

  1. 1Slice the top sirloin thinly against the grain.
  2. 2Place the sliced beef into a ziploc bag.
  3. 3Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon of cornstarch, 0.5 teaspoon of baking soda, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 0.5 teaspoon of black pepper to the bag with the beef.
  4. 4Seal the bag, leaving some air inside, and shake and massage the beef to coat with the marinade.
  5. 5Release the air from the bag and give it one last good massage. Set aside for about 15 minutes.
