Directions

  1. 1껍질 깐 감자를 깍둑썰기 해줍니다.
  2. 2깍둑썰기한 감자를 전자레인지용 용기에 담아 8분 돌려줍니다.
  3. 3익힌 감자를 으깨줍니다.
  4. 4으깬 감자에 전분가루 4스푼, 설탕 1스푼, 우유 6스푼, 후추를 넣고 잘 섞어줍니다.
  5. 5감자를 납작하게 만들어 모짜렐라 치즈를 넣고 동글동글한 모양으로 만들어 줍니다.
  6. 6프라이팬에 올려 노릇하게 구워줍니다.
  7. 7간장 1T, 올리고당 1T, 물 3T로 만든 맛도리 소스를 프라이팬에 붓고 졸여줍니다.
