Directions

  1. 1Cut your steak into some bite-sized pieces and set aside.
  2. 2Stab your potatoes and put them into the oven.
  3. 3Melt down some butter with garlic and cream and strain that beauty.
  4. 4Pop out those baked potatoes, cut them in half, smash them up in a bowl.
  5. 5Toss in that liquid (from the butter, garlic, and cream) to the potatoes.
  6. 6Put tomatoes in with a little garlic and basil.
  7. 7Add stock and heavy cream in with some spices.
  8. 8Finish with some parm and butter and let that simmer.
  9. 9Sear the steak on all sides.
  10. 10Plate the mashed potatoes and sauce down.
  11. 11Top it with those steak bites.
