Directions
- 1Cut your steak into some bite-sized pieces and set aside.
- 2Stab your potatoes and put them into the oven.
- 3Melt down some butter with garlic and cream and strain that beauty.
- 4Pop out those baked potatoes, cut them in half, smash them up in a bowl.
- 5Toss in that liquid (from the butter, garlic, and cream) to the potatoes.
- 6Put tomatoes in with a little garlic and basil.
- 7Add stock and heavy cream in with some spices.
- 8Finish with some parm and butter and let that simmer.
- 9Sear the steak on all sides.
- 10Plate the mashed potatoes and sauce down.
- 11Top it with those steak bites.
