Start by dropping some chicken breasts into your slow cooker and spreading them out evenly across the bottom.
Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Sear your chicken after you season it.
Get 1 1/2 cups of chicken broth and add 3 tablespoons of cornstarch.
Whisk the chicken broth and cornstarch together.
Pour the mixture into your slow cooker.
Add a teaspoon of Italian seasoning, a half a teaspoon of salt, a half a teaspoon of pepper, a half a teaspoon of paprika, and a half a teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes.
Mix all the spices and liquids together quickly.
Put your chicken back into the slow cooker.
Cut up about four or five garlic cloves and mix them in.
Dry off and chop up about a third cup's worth of sun-dried tomatoes.
Sprinkle the chopped sun-dried tomatoes on top of your chicken breasts.
Throw the lid on the slow cooker.
Set your slow cooker to low for 6 hours and wait.
When your chicken is done, take the lid off.
Using a meat thermometer or a fork, make sure the chicken is fully cooked and falling apart.
Carefully remove the chicken from the slow cooker.
Stir in 1 cup of heavy cream.
Add a half a cup of fresh grated Parmesan cheese.
Once that's all mixed together, put your chicken back in.
If you have some fresh chopped basil, sprinkle that on top.
Before plating, grab a fork, scoop up a big bite, and taste it.
